The Concept

I started out running this course as a promotional 4 week long challenge and saw some fantastic results. Some results were mind blowingly good and most were right where I expected it to be (4-8 pounds), we had zero bad results.

I knew that four weeks was a good start but it wasn’t enough so I created a 12 week weight loss course.

This program isn’t a diet, it’s a lifestyle change based on accountability and mindfulness. I can guarantee that if you follow the instructions of this program you will lose weight.

What I Do

I’m probably just about one of the only trainers out there who actually runs detailed statistical analyses on my programs. I look at a lot of things, how you’re thinking, what you’re doing, and how that influences your outcome.  I am consistently striving to make improvements based on evaluations of what I see happening.

On your end you’ll gain 24/7 access to a health and fitness expert, receiving feedback and accountability to help you stay on track. This is a collaborative effort, I will give you all the tools you need to succeed and all the advice you need for implementation. After that it is on you!

Just know that as you work through this process you will not be alone.


After working with Justin for the past 4 weeks, I have not only been able to lose 18lbs, but I have gained energy and confidence. After starting a new job and coaching 3 sports, I found it hard to find the time to eat healthy and get to the gym. I have been active, playing sport and going to the gym all my life, but I kept telling myself that I was too busy, I didn’t have time to go to the gym, it wasn’t as important as everything else I had to do and making excuses to Justify it. I was already so tired, I couldn’t imagine adding going to the gym. On top of that I was eating unhealthy and making the easy decision instead of the right of decisions. I would also justify this due to my lack of time, saying that this was my only option. I found myself feeling exhausted, lacked motivation, and felt like my life revolved around work.

After, working with Justin and following his 4 week program I have proven to myself that it is possible to balance work and doing something for myself, to make myself a better me. My career is
dedicated to helping other people, but in order to so, I need to be my best self-first. By preplanning my meals I am able make healthy decisions and I realize the amount of calories I will be eating throughout the day.

I have also found time in my schedule to exercise 3-5 times a week for 1-2 hours a day. I have found that this has caused me to feel less tired, stressed, and anxious and I have more energy throughout the day. I feel better about myself and I feel as though I can do my job to the best of my abilities. Prior to eating healthy and exerciseing constantly, my life was consumed by work, and I didn’t have time for myself. I felt like I was just trying to get through the day. Now I feel like I have control of my life and can be my best self. 4 weeks is a short amount of time, but that’s all it took to show myself that I was capable of being healthy and the extra effort was worth it to be a better me. I
now feel confident to not continue a “diet” but to continue this lifestyle change.

This is the year I turn 50.  So this is the year I have decided it’s time to make some changes.  I have dieted many times over the years.  I have also gone through spurts of exercise throughout my life but would always fall off the wagon and return to my bad habits and laziness.  Justin’s program was just what I needed to get a jump start on this new year and new me.  Justin’s eating plan and workouts kept me on track.  The accountability to him was huge for me.  This helped me stay true to the program and true to myself.  Justin is always there to answer questions, make modifications and offer encouragement.  In 4 weeks I have lost 8 pounds but I have gained a new understanding of how to eat and how to exercise.  Thank you Justin.

I had the opportunity to work with Justin and complete his fitness program for four weeks in January.  Over the past few years I have lacked the motivation and encouragement to eat right and exercise as much as I’d like to.  After going through Justin’s program, I couldn’t be happier with the results and experience.
