Justin Kompf has worked in the health and fitness industry since 2009 when he started personal training.
Since then Justin has worked in various positions within the health and fitness field. He was the head strength and conditioning coach for the 2015 women’s lacrosse national championship team at the State University of Cortland.
Justin has also worked as a lecturer in the Kinesiology department at Cortland and is currently pursuing a PhD in Exercise and Health Sciences at the University of Massachusetts at Boston (starting September)
Justin has competed in powerlifting since 2013. He also competes in aerobic events including triathlons and half marathons. He is a published author for research journals including Sports Medicine and the Strength and Conditioning Journal.
He is passionate about helping people improve their exercise and health habits.
